Marketing Opportunities
Over the years, Ronick’s principals have developed wide
and varied entertainment industry contacts at production companies,
major studios and other entities. Ronick also holds much appeal
for these contacts based on our abilities to find and develop
viable projects, solve script problems and finalize projects
for production, take films into production, and find viable
partners to market and distribute our film products.
Business Infrastructure
Ronick applies a unique diversified development strategy to
the film industry. Ronick is composed of three distinct business
units. 1) Research & Development of specific projects.
2) Acquisition and licensing of new and completed projects.
3) Marketing and distribution of film projects secured by
the first two business units.
Capital Management
Ronick secures capital in a number of ways. First, Ronick
seeks capital from investors. This may include investments
in Ronick as a whole as well as investments in specific Ronick
projects, depending on the interests of both Ronick and potential
investors. Additionally, Ronick seeks to secure revenue early
in its life cycle via the licensing/sale of rights to projects
secured by its two business development arms. Ultimately,
Ronick plans to develop and distribute our own film products,
both individually and in concert with other strategic partners.
Research & Development
Ronick has an exemplary and experienced Research
& Development team that can help streamline the completion
of top-quality projects in a time- and cost-effective manner.
Ronick holds the rights to proprietary original scripts and
script adaptations, and has numerous pipeline projects currently
in development. Ronick enjoys a breadth of project management
and marketing/distribution experience as well, all of which
affords an excellent opportunity for Ronick’s long-term
success.
